The Initiative (Story Arc) (2007) : The Initiative, a plan to train and police super heroes across America. Each state will have their own team. The series was launched after the Civil War crossover and started initially as a 6 issue mini-series but was upgraded to an ongoing series due to large pre-ordering numbers of the series. The series is about the students that have enrolled to the 50 States Initiative after the Superhuman Registration Act had been passed by the US Congress.
