The Update – Please Read This First

Finally, I am able to post this mega update.

Because there are so many people asking me to update this post, I decided to take my spare time to make this happen. It took me more than a week to download the files and upload it it to 3 of our servers plus a mirror on Userscloud, plus a whole day this weekend to put all the link and details into this post. All the files (though I am not checking it one by one), is in good shape. There are no corrupt or damaged files. If you happen to download the files and it is broken, kindly re-download the file using another server. Most of the time, that’s because of the un-perfect download progress.

If you happen to download the file using Userscloud and happen to see the download link is down, please be noticed that free and un-registered user have their daily download limit size. If you happen to pass that limit, the link will not work for another day. It is not broken, you just have to wait for about 24 hours.

Also I’d like to apologize if our server runs kinda slow in the past few days. Our server has been running extra hard since some comic site, down. Our server almost reaching 100% of network utilization most of the time. I’ve been thinking of adding new server but I am afraid the cost would be too much for us. I keep thinking on how to add more earning to cover the new server, but it is still on progress. Until that, if you happen to get slow download speed, I really apologize about that.

The Story

The New 52 is a 2011 revamp and relaunch by DC Comics of its entire line of ongoing monthly superhero books. Following the conclusion of the “Flashpoint” crossover storyline, DC cancelled all of its existing titles and debuted 52 new series in September 2011 with new first issues. Among the series being renumbered are Action Comics and Detective Comics, which had retained their original numbering since the 1930s.

The relaunch included changes to the publishing format; for example, print and digital comics are now released on the same day. New titles were released to bring the number of ongoing monthly series to fifty-two. Various changes were also made to DC’s fictional universe to entice new readers, including to DC’s internal continuity to make characters more modern and accessible. As well, characters from the former Wildstorm and Vertigo imprint were absorbed into the DC Universe.

The New 52 branding ended after the completion of the “Convergence” storyline in May 2015, although the continuity of the New 52 continued. In June 2015, 24 new titles were launched, alongside 25 returning titles, with several of those receiving new creative teams.
