The Real Batman Year One (Fan Edit) : Based on the work done by Collin Colsher on therealbatmanchronologyproject.com “The Real Batman Year One” and “The Real Batman – The Man Who Laughs” follow Batman’s early days of crimefighting as he returns to Gotham City from an arduous and long physical journey to wage war on criminals. From his battle of corruption against the mob and the GCPD, to his investigations as a young world’s greatest detective battling robots, cults, mad scientists/shrinks and mad monks, and his first meetings of other DC superheroes such as Superman, Martian Manhunter and the original Green Lantern (Alan Scott), The Real Batman Year One collects, for the first time, long and short classic stories in chronological order, giving a larger picture at Batman’s first year donning the cape and cowl, followed by “The Real Batman – The Man Who Laughs” which collects his first encounter with the Joker, the villain’s subsequent arrest and judicial process.

Vol. 3 includes: Legends of the Dark Knight #11-#15 (Batman: Prey), Legends of the Dark Knight#2-#5 (Batman: Shaman Part Two to Five) , Batman and the Mad Monk epilogue.
